this is a press kit (promotional item) made to look like a vintage 1980s computer.

it was sent to television executives to promote the Showtime series Black Monday starring Don Cheadle, Regina Hall, Andrew Rannels & Paul Scheer.
when the 'keyboard' is pulled out of the 'computer,' a message about the series would scroll across the screen. the text looked like green 1980s computer text.
the battery has died so the text no longer appears. i don't know if the battery can be replaced so it is sold AS-IS and not working for display or repair.
the 'keyboard' used to contain a promotional booklet & item (handheld paper shredder). they are missing. this listing is for what you see - the computer mailer only.
measures approx. 14.5" front-to-back x 10" wide x 9.25" tall
made of some sort of cardboard, plastic with an electronic display device inside

these are very, very rare -
only a handful of these were made because they were expensive to produce
has wear, marks, slight indentation on the left side of the 'keyboard', etc. The screen used to display text when the 'keyboard' was pulled out but the battery that powers the display is dead. I don't know if it can be replaced. The 'keyboard' used to contain a booklet & paper shredder but those are missing. sold AS-IS and not working for display or repair. please see pics
