Type H, has clear plastic (No slogan) backing and was issued between 1972-2002.  This merit badge began in 1991 with the three part family scene with green border design.  In 1994, after only three years, the border was changed to silver, as it remains today.  Mint perfect condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
