The Gold Folio version has a disk and manual.
The original version only has the attached manual, destruction order, and microscopic space fleet.
In good condition, please see the photos to judge for yourself.
I don’t have the equipment to test the 5 1/4 disk, but i don’t see any damage visually that would make me think it doesn’t work.
