New BASIC ROM replacement
for your Commodore 64 utilizing the latest firmware 901225-01. I liked the idea of being able to create my own ROM replacement chips but never really like those ugly DIP28 monsters having to be soldered offset from the center so that the pins could be re-routed so I thought I'd design these.
What you get is a sexy ROM replacement with a tiny SOIC28 package perfectly centered on top. These will look great in your C64. Also, the pin headers that I'm using are of the highest quality machined round pin headers so they won't damage your existing sockets like those with the square pin heads.
I have all 3 ROMS available (Basic, Kernal and Character) Unless requested otherwise, I'll be using the latest firmware for each chip. For the character chip in particular there are several firmware options available. If you do not request a specific firmware, you will receive Rev. 901225-01, that's the latest US character ROM firmware.
Will come packaged in an anti-static back inside of a box within a bubble mailer envelope for maximum protection.
Most of the time I ship these out the same day that the order is placed and if not on the day of then no longer than the day after.
