36" Wooden Mermaid Carving Flat Plaque Ship Mount Nautical Beach Tiki Siren

This is a wooden carved flat mermaid. The style is that of a ship mount on front of a boat, please note this is a flat plaque mermaid that is made to hang on a wall, she is about 1 1/2" thick at max, shes carved from a piece of wood then covered in layers of gesso which fill grain to create a painting surface, then she was painted in multi color, which is all worn away and distressed. She has a great look, nice piece to hang in any coastal or beachy home. Please note wear and losses to paint, gesso ect all part of the look. She is 36" high and if you put her flat area below her tail against the wall she comes out about 17 1/2" Please note on back a split that runs through and some loss to filler or gesso in that same region. She will need hooks and wire if you wish to hang her on the wall, also note gesso gets soft and strips off with water so she is made for indoor use.
